Stelios Karantonas is a solo jewellery maker that designs and handcrafts each piece of jewellery from scratch to suit every customer’s taste, needs and size.
Each creation is unique and exclusively tailor-made and thus requires a certain time commitment. Be that as it may we have a non refund policy for neither shop nor bespoke pieces. We would be happy to help you with any concerns or advice prior to purchasing as we always endeavour to keep our customers happy. Should any concerns arise after the receipt of your order please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you within reason.
HOW YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE
The jewellery is always presented in a Stelios Karantonas jewellery box and protected by tissue paper. Your order will arrive in a discreet padded envelope or postage box.
